This card is so quick and simple to make!
I love the Northern Flurry Embossing Folder from Stampin' Up!.
Oval Punch: Stampin' Up!.
Card Stock: Bashful Blue, Stampin' Up!.
The stamp used is from Paper Trey Ink.
I had blue rhinestones laying around so I decided to put them in the middle of the snowflakes.
